By completing the survey, you confirm that you are a Composite Pools spa and/or pool owner and agree to have your name automatically entered to win either an outdoor bar from Palm Tree Islands or a set of quality beach chairs from Telescope Casual Furniture. Entries will be accepted until November 1, 2008. Winners will be selected as soon as possible after that date. Winners will be notified via phone and/or email. Winner grants Composite Pools, Telescope Casual Furniture, and Palm Tree Islands to use first name, last initial, city/state, and photographs of items depicted in your backyard if they choose for up to 10 years.
Your information will be used for data analysis purposes only by Composite Pools. Non-specific information will be provided to our Extended Living Space partners to help better understand our demographics. Your information will NOT be sold or distributed to anyone outside the Composite Pools family. If you have requested to receive additional information about Palm Tree Islands or Telescope Casual Furniture, your contact information will be shared with them.
